　　Support Sales to provide business information from owner and support on bidding;

　　积极配合和支持销售，提供业务信息，配合做好投标工作;

　　Assign capable SPM according to project feature analysis;

　　基于对项目特质的分析指派具有相应能力的现场项目经理;

　　Monitor key projects implementation to ensure all deliverables on time with high-quality ;

　　监督关键项目的进程开展，确保按时且高质量的交付所有成果;

　　Regular review all projects implementation, point out potential issues to avoid risks.

　　定期回顾所有项目的开展，指出潜在问题以避免风险。

　　成本管理 Cost Management

　　Monitor project budget and make matching analysis between received amount and project cost to

　　ensure meeting margin target;

　　监督项目预算的支出、收款与项目成本的匹配情况以确保利润达标;

　　Monthly review project budget;

　　每月回顾项目成本;

　　Seek appropriate methods to reduce project cost (e.g. process optimization, cost-effective builder).

　　为减少项目成本寻求合适的方法(如流程优化、高性价比的安装商)。

　　Keep communication with each department to ensure our service is meet or exceed client’s needs;

　　Manage resources with internal stakeholders to support project implementation;

　　Be responsible for team member selection, motivation, performance management and
