polyurethane system comprising at least one isocyanate component (a) and at least onepolyol mixture (b) into the annular gap at the end E and (C) foaming and curing of thepolyurethane system, wherein the annular gap is closed by means of a cap at the end Eand this cap has openings having an adjustable size, a cap which has openings having anadjustable size, the use of this cap for producing insulated pipes and also an insulatedpipe which can be produced by the above-described process of the invention.
