摘要：The use of water-soluble salts of divalent or trivalent cations in
immunochemical methods for detecting and determining an analyte in a sample isdescribed. It is shown that these salts increase the specificity of such determinations, inparticular the background signal in solid-phase immunochemical methods in which thedetection of the analyte takes place on a solid phase is reduced by addition of one of thesaid salts.
