发展住宅租赁市场的对策研究

摘要：随着我国房地产市场的迅速发展，我国各地均出现房价偏高、住房难等现象。虽然房地产买卖市场已得到良好发展，而作为房地产市场一部分的住宅租赁市场却相对比较缓慢。本文通过对住宅租赁市场管理的现状分析，并结合国外发达国家地区对住宅租赁市场管理的成功案例，对住宅租赁市场的发展进行对策研究，皆在为完善和发展的住宅租赁市场。

Abstract:Alloverthecountrysufferedfromhighprices,housingdifficultiesandotherphenomenawiththerapiddevelopmentofChina'srealestatemarket.Althoughthesaleofrealestatedevelopmentmarkethasbeengood,aspartoftheresidentialpropertymarketrentalmarketisrelativelyslow.Inthispaper,basedonthemanagementsituationanalysisofresidentialrentalmarketinHangzhou,andareasindevelopedcountriescombinedresidentialrentalmarketmanagementsuccessstories,residentialrentalmarketinHangzhouthedevelopmentofcountermeasures,bothfortheimprovementanddevelopmentofHangzhou’sresidentialrentalmarket.
