今天是实习的第一天，我们怀着激动的心情来到了项目部。进去后，迎接我们的是一位资历颇深的老职工。他首先和我们相互认识了解下各自情况，接着就为我们讲述了现在工程的一些基本概况，然后又为我们讲述了下接下去一段时间我们的基本工作内容和工作任务。后来，这位老师傅又给我们这些实习生安排了一位工作认真的老师，在今后的时间里，这位老师会帮助我们更好的学习掌握工作技能。
下午，因为我们刚来的原因，老师傅并没有让我们去工地。他把我们叫到办公室，给我们讲解了下道路、桥梁等工程的设计步骤，接着给了我们几份设计成果图，供我们参考阅读，让我们对以后的工作有了进一步的了解。
就这样实习的第一天过去了，虽然没有去工地现场，但我们从那位老师傅身上学到了很多，同时也拉近了我们之间的距离，为我们以后关系的融洽埋下了基础。

在画的过程中，师傅对于我们运用CAD过程中存在的一些问题进行了一定的指正，并且指出了在设计中应该注意的一些细节上的问题。还教了我们一些绘图常用工具的快捷键，使我们的画图水平得到了较大的提高。师傅帮我指出的主要问题是:标注尺寸不够合理，字体样式不正确，比例尺没有选好。
当着一天结束的时候，我回想着今天的收获，我很满意。因为，我的CAD绘画水平有了进一步的提高。

今天，师父就要带我们去施工现场了，心情难免有些激动。早晨七点多，我们坐车来到了工程现场。
经过半个小时的车程我们到达了现场，我们看到现场正在进行施工道路的开挖和路基中桩的开挖工作。这些都是一些开工前的准备工作，需要把该路段内的草皮，树木树根等进行清表施工。项目部人员要做的就是协调当地的居民进行安全施工，防止施工时落石滚落，并划分植被清除区域。这项工作一共投入施工人员7人，3336挖掘机一台。
最后，师父让我们熟悉了一下图纸，计算今天完成的工程量。今天的工作就完成了。

早晨7点30，师父通知我们在1#~5#风机平台处施工并画出征地线。在师父的带领下，我们几人经过近四个小时的努力，终于完成了这项工作，并给总共上报安全合同。
下午两点，监理徐总工，业主代表及各施工队召开资料会议并提出：（安全目标）年员工负伤频率60%以下。防止火灾、爆炸、触电、坍塌。杜绝急性中毒、窒息、淹溺、灼伤、高处坠落事故。防止物体打击、机械伤害、车辆伤害、起重伤害及其他伤害。争创“无事故工程”。会议结束后，师父让我们将会议内容整理成会议纪要，让我们江浙下跌都记载心里，不能有丝毫差错。一个好的工程离不开每次的会议纪要。

七点钟，施工1#路及1#风机平台，1#路路基已完成，平台征地线已推出，下午桩基队进场进行1#风机平台的施工，平台平整无法完成。转场至2#路施工，施工至2#风机平台处发现与设计标高相差一米。我们通知总工，但因为总工不再现场，我们只好告诉宋工，但宋工并未给出答案，且未让我部停工，我部已将2#平台平整完

下午两点领导视察工地情况，要求安全员及现场施工员平时定时进行安全检查、质量检查，保证随时随地施工安全保质进行。认真迎接领导视察工地，及时排除现场的安全隐患，及时对不足之处进行整改。

这几天天气一直很热，但经过几天的工作和，我们基本上已经适应了这种天气。虽然很苦，但我们却乐在其中。
8：30施工2#路完路基成至3#风机平台，11点完成3#风机平台平整。至下午1点30分3#路基已完成，但是在4#风机平台施工中村民阻挠施工，因果树未定价格不让施工，与总工联系果树问题，没有办法只有让我部停止施工等待解决。半个小时候，我们和总工到野猪相关部门解决现场问题，并进行会议讨论。业主答应处理相关难点，要求立即恢复现场生产。
经过一个小时的时间，业主与当地居民达成了协议，通知我们可以施工了，但由于时间问题今天的工作也就到此为止了。
