Dear Professor Brown,

I am writing to express some difficulties I have in my language training class, and would like to have your advice to help me to solve these problems.

I attend the first language training class yesterday and found that I have many difficulties in the listening course. I hardly had any idea of what was said in the listening class and almost forget what I had ever known well.

I will take CSC national exam for government-sponsored teachers at the end of this semester, so could you please give me some advice on how to improve my listening skills?
