• Normally from the first two or three sentences . • Reminders: normally a question and its answer. • E.g: Is something wrong with your arm?

When you hear questions like these, you need to pay great attention to the answers of them. Questions followed by “The problem”

Sample answer

• The woman has a problem. It’s a cat that is hungry. How ever, her landlord said she can’t have a pet, but the woman wants to keep the cat. The man makes one suggestion to look for another apartment. The man also suggests she give the cat to her mother. How ever, her mother already has two cats, so it’s a problem. I think the woman should ask her mother please take care of the cat. The reason is she can visit the cat, and later she can look for an apartment.

• I think the man should stop playing baseball for a while. He can play it later when his elbow is ok. And he could find another job or just ask for a couple of days’ leave.
