本项目全长11公里，含四大主题公园（三洞桥公园、电子科大公园、麻石桥公园、客家文化公园），四大设计构思贯穿主题：
1.建设符合生态城市要求的绿色生态走廊； 2.营造五彩缤纷的园林； 3.注重人与自然和谐共生； 4.注重生态优先及经济性。
The comprehensive Environmental Improvement of Shang River The total length of this project is 11 km, including four theme parks (Sandongqiao Park, Electronic Science and Technology Park, Mashiqiao Park and Kakka cultural Park), four major plans going through the theme: 1. Build green eco-corridor in agreement to the requirement of eco-city. 2. Construct colorful garden
