Nowadays, a growing number of young people would rather order food on the Internet or call a take-out restaurant for meals than cook at home.
It’s not surprising for them to do so. For one thing, with the pace of modern life becoming faster and faster, time is quite precious. In their eyes, it is unnecessary to take time to cook. For another thing, home cooking food is simpler in kind and less delicious, especially for those who are particular about food, but cooking at home is healthier and cheaper than taking out or going out.
As far as I am concerned,on the one hand,in terms of nutrition,fast food is far from satisfactory, it usually destroy a balanced diet. On the other hand, although cooking at home is time-consuming and the following washing-up tiresome,it offer healthy and delicious meals your body like and needs.
If we cook at home, we will pay attention to our health condition and make food that contains less calories and fat.
Because of money and health issues, | prefer to cook at home, but people make choices that best suit their life style.
