摘要：A foam-impregnated layer does not occur in a cushioning structure for avehicular seat in which a surface material is fixed to a cushioning material by utilizing a flatbonding material. In the cushioning structure, opened spaces (10) are formed betweenside edges of a flat bonding material (4) and side portions (3) of a cushioning material (2,3), and non-impregnated portions (7) at the mentioned side edges, by unitarily moldingthe flat bonding material (4) and cushion material (2, 3) with the flat bonding material (4)held and set in an isolated manner by raw expandable liquid entry preventing walls (22,23) in a mold (2) for the cushioning material (2, 3).
