oppositely to the fixed iron core, a coil that connects/disconnects the fixed iron core andthe movable iron core , and a permanent magnet ; capacitors to that energy-storeelectric power to excite the coil ; a control circuit board that controls a carrying directionof a current supplied from the capacitors to the coil in response to an input command ora breaking command to the make-and-break unit; and a servo mechanism connected tothe movable iron core , that transmits a driving force by the electromagnetic force of theelectromagnetic operation unit to the make-and-break unit.
