一、 概述 I. Overview

目前我国发电厂和变电站正在大规模改造直流系统的电源设备,过去采

用的相控电源和磁饱和式电源存在稳压、稳流精度差、纹波系数大及对输入电网谐波污染大等缺点,已经不能满足我国电力工程发展的需要。而被体积小、重量轻效率高、噪声小、稳压稳流精度高、响应速度快的高频开关电源逐步取代,并且可以方便的实现“四遥”功能和N+1冗余备份,使得电力直流系统运行更可靠。JZ高频开关电源模块是集九洲公司多年开发生产经验,为电力直流系统开发的高科技产品,满足现代电力市场的需求。

At present, the power generation plants and substations in our nation are reconstructing the power equipments for DC system in large scale. The phase-controlled power and magnetic saturated power adopted in the past have the defects of low precision of steady voltage and constant current, large ripple coefficient and more pollution to harmonic input to the grid, which cannot meet the development needs of the power engineering in our nation and are replaced by the high-frequency power with switch and small volume, light weight, high efficiency, less noise, high precision of steady voltage and constant current and rapid response speed. This kind of power can realize the function of “four-remote” and N+1 redundancy backup conveniently, which makes the DC system of electric power more reliable. JZ high-frequency Switch Power-Supply Module is a high-tech product developed for the DC system of electric power by Jiuzhou Company based on several-year experience in development and production, which can meet the demands of modern electric power market.

二、 工作原理 II. Working principle

JZ高频开关电源模块采用了先进的无源PFC技术和脉宽调制软开关技

术的控制技术(PWM),使得模块效率进一步提高,谐波减小。模块采用交流三相三线制380VAC平衡输入方式,不存在中线电流损耗。模块交流输入经过尖峰抑制电路和EMI吸收电路,经全桥整流滤波电路将三相交流电压整流为脉动的直流电压,由高频脉宽调制变换器变换将脉动的直流电压成高频方波电压,再由输出整流滤波电路,得到稳定的输出电压和电流,在电网电压和负载发生变化时反馈调整电路控制脉宽调制电路,使得输出电压和电流保持稳定。

and makes the harmonic reduce. The module adopts balance input way of AC three-phase and three-wire 380VAC, which has no current loss in neutral conductor. The AC input of the module passes through spike suppression circuit and EMI snubber circuit and rectifies the three-phase AC voltage into pulsatile DC voltage through full-bridge rectifier and filter circuit. Then the high-frequency pulse-width modulated converter converts the pulsatile DC voltage into high-frequency square-wave voltage and then outputs rectifier and filter circuit, totally through which the stable output voltage and current are obtained. When the voltage and load of the grid change, the control pulse width of the feedback and regulating circuit will modulate the circuit to make the output voltage and current maintain stable.

五、模块结构和功能 V. Structure and function of module

1.1

前面板说明 1.1 Description of front panel

1. 前面板如图一。

1. The front panel is as showed in Figure I.

2. 模块输入指示灯(绿色):当模块有输入时,此指示灯被点亮。反之,此指示灯熄灭。

2. Indicator light of input on module (green): when there is input to the module, this indicator light will shine. On the contrary, it will extinguish.

3. 模块输出指示灯(绿色):当模块输出电压大于180V时(110V模块为大于90V时),此指示灯被点亮。

3. Indicator light of output on module (green): when the output voltage of the module is larger than 180V (when the voltage is larger than 90V for the module of 110V), this indicator light will shine.

4. 模块报警指示灯(红色):当模块发生故障时,此指示灯被点亮,模块保护。当输入正常时,此指示灯熄灭,模块输出正常。

4. Alarm indicator light on module (red): when fault happens to the module, this indicator light will shine and the module will enter protection status. When the

input is normal, this indicator light will extinguish and the output of the module is normal.

5. 模块均流故障指示灯(红色):当模块并联均流不平衡度≤±5%时,此指示灯被点亮,模块保护,无输出。当输入正常时,此指示灯熄灭,模块输出正常。

5. Fault indicator light for current sharing on module (red): when the unbalance degree of parallel-connected current sharing of the module is no more than ±5%, this indicator light will shine and the module will enter protection status with no output. When the input is normal, this indicator light will extinguish and the output of the module is normal.

6. 地址编码:地址编码是有两组拨码开关组成,为方便叙述,将 实际编码123123改为1,2,3,4,5,6。如下图所示。6位为模块控制选择位,当拨码拨到ON时,上位监控控制启停。反之,则由模块自行控制启停。5位为备用空位。1、2、3、4位为模块的地址编位,当拨码拨到ON时,代表的编码为0,反之则为1.

6. Address code: address code is composed of two groups of coding switches. For the convenient description, the actual codes, namely 123123, are converted as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, just as showed in the following figure. Location of 6 is the selection location for module control. When code is pushed to ON, the start and stop are controlled by the upper monitoring. On the contrary, the module will control the start and stop freely. Location of 5 is for spare. 1, 2, 3 and 4 are the address code locations of the module. When the code is pushed to ON, the code represented is \"0\

地址编码4、3、2、1位依次为0000时,转换为十进制码为0,模块的地址编码即为0﹟。

地址编码4、3、2、1位依次为0100时,转换为十进制码为4,模块的地址编码即为4﹟。

When the address codes 4, 3, 2 and 1 are 0100, the decimal code converted will be 4, which means that the address code of the module is 4#.

地址编码4、3、2、1位依次为1011时,转换为十进制码为11,模块的地址编码即为11﹟。

模块的地址编码从0﹟—15﹟。

后面板说明

Description of back panel

1. 后面板如图二。

1. The back panel is as showed in Figure II.

2. 三相交流输入端:三相交流电压(380V±20%)输入端,无相序要求。 2. Three-phase AC input terminal: three-phase AC voltage (380V±20%) input terminal, no requirements on phase sequence.

3. 直流输出端:有正、负之分,正、负分别由两根并联。

3. DC output terminal: there are differences of positive pole and negative pole. The positive and negative poles are connected in parallel way by two wires separately.

4. 均流控制口:多台模块并联时,此控制口以级连方式连接。

4. Control port of current sharing: when several modules are connected in parallel way, this control port is connected in the way of series.

接485通讯接口B端,2脚和7脚连接485通讯接口A端。具体使用方法:1脚和6脚连接485通讯接口B端,2脚和7脚连接485通讯接口A端。 5. Communication interface: when several modules are connected in parallel way, this control port is connected in the way of series. Foots 1 and 6 are connected to the B port of 485 communication interface and Foots 2 and 7 are connected to A port of 485 communication interface. Specific application method: Foots 1 and 6 are connected to the B port of 485 communication interface and Foots 2 and 7 are connected to A port of 485 communication interface.

六、使用方法 VI. Application method

手动调节模块输出电压:根据用户需要在脱离监控的情况下,通过调节模块前面板上的电压调节电位器,调节到指定输出电压值。

Output voltage of the module regulated in manual way: the potentiometer is regulated to the assigned value of output voltage through regulating the voltage of the front panel of the module under the situation that the user has to get rid of the monitoring.

七、注意事项 VII. Points for attention

1. 模块的输入、输出、均流控制端口接触一定要良好,并且使有锁紧功能的端子锁紧。

1. The connection of the ports for input, output and control of current sharing of the module must be good and is locked firmly with the terminal with locking function.

2. 多机并联使用时,输出端子汇流线越短越好,不可用长线汇流。建议使用汇流排。

2. When several modules are connected in parallel way for application, the shorter the bus wire on output terminal is, the better it is, and the long wire is forbidden. It’s suggested to adopt bus.

3. 多机并联组成系统时,所有模块输出负极端必须直接相连,彼此之间不许安装加有开关、二极管等元件。

3. When several modules are connected in parallel way to form a system, all the negative ports for output on the module must be connected together and no switch, diode or other component shall be installed between any two negative ports.

4. 如果模块的输出线需要断开,一定要先断开均流控制线。这一点请特别注意,以避免损坏均流控制口。

4. If the output wire of the module has to be cut, the control wire for current sharing shall firstly be cut, which shall be paid special attention to avoid damage

on the control port of current sharing.

5. 风机温控方式工作,风机开始低速转动。散热器温度高于60℃时,风机高速转动。

5. The fan works in the way of temperature control and the fan starts rotation in low speed. When the temperature of radiator is higher than 60℃, the fan will rotate in high speed.

6. 模块运行时,不要用异物挡住前面板和后面板的散热风道。

6. When the module runs, it’s forbidden to cover the air duct for radiating on front and back panels with foreign matters.

八、简单故障处理 VIII. Treatment of simple fault

1. 模块输出电压不正确:通过调节模块前面板上的电压调节电位器,调节到正确输出电压值。

1. Wrong output voltage of module: the potentiometer is regulated to the correct value of output voltage through regulating the voltage of the front panel of the module. 2. 模块上电后便过压保护:手动调节输出电压超过过压保护值或模块控制口输出电压调节端输入电压过高。

2. Overvoltage protection of the module after power connection: regulate the output voltage to be lower than the value of overvoltage protection in manual way or regulate the over-high port input voltage through output voltage of control port of the module. 3. 输出电压不稳:检查输入电压是否波动超过允许范围或负载连续严重波动。 3. Unstable output voltage: check if the fluctuation of input voltage surpasses the allowable scope or the load fluctuates continuously and seriously.

4. 模块无输出电流:检查模块直流输出线是否断路、输出保险是否融断或模块

输入无电压。

4. No output current from the module: check if the DC output wire of the module is off, the output fuse has fused or there is no input voltage

九、售后服务 IX. After-sale service

JZ高频开关电源模块自售出之日保修一年。保修期内,模块出现非人为性故障,免费维修。保修期过后,模块出现故障,只收元件成本。

The warranty period of JZ high-frequency Switch Power-Supply Module is one year since the sales day. Within the warranty period, the maintenance to the non man-made fault is free. The cost of the components will be collected for the maintenance to the fault of the module out of the warranty period.
