摘要:A method, program product and system creating synthetic events using genetic
surprisal data representing a genetic sequence of an organism with an addition ofcontext, comprising: if the reference genome used to generate the genetic surprisal datafor each of the at least two organisms is different: retrieving each of the referencegenomes and dividing each of the reference genomes into pieces corresponding to thegenetic surprisal data of the organisms; and combining the pieces of the referencegenomes together to form a single reference genome. Synthetic events are createdbased on searching the genetic surprisal data for at least one attribute repeated at afrequency within the genetic surprisal data of the organisms and organism records,optimizing the genetic surprisal data through clustering defined by at least oneparameter; and forming at least two cohorts, a control cohort and a treatment cohortbased on optimization of the surprisal data.
