摘要：To produce moulded sections of the same wall thickness, using mixtures ofcellulose and/or lignocellulose fibres with more than 20 wt.% of thermal bonding agent,the fibres are initially given a surface preparation to form a slightly compressed fibrematting in sections or as a web, before the bonding agent is applied. The material isheated at least pref. to the softening temp. of the bonding agent, and then compressedto a density for the duration of the crosslinking of the fibre preparation. The heated andcompressed material is placed in a press mould at a lower temp. than the material, to bepressed into shape. The bonding material is pref. polypropylene fibres, and phenol resinis used for the fibre preparation. Polyurethane can also be used according to fibre type.
