摘要：The invention relates to recombinant vectors, expression cassettes, and nucleicacids, the use of which enables the expression of multiple transgenes from a singlevector. Preferably, the vectors are plasmids, adeno-associated virus, or adenovirusvectors that can be used to infect and create mammalian cells in order to expressmultiple transgenes. Typically, expression systems and methods for expressing multipletransgenes require the use of more than one vector or the use of an internal ribosomeentry site (IRES). For a number of reasons, the new vectors, expression cassettes, nucleicacids, and methods of the invention provide advantages over these other expressionsystems.
