Hello, listeners. Welcome to our Friendship Club Radio. Here’s some information about our summer camp.

Our camp has enough space for 60 members with 2 beds in each room. We’ll stay here for 3 weeks and there are many interesting activities expecting you such as swimming, climbing and mountain biking. But you’ve already known what makes our camp special, right? We’ve a writing workshop with some professional writers. We’ll write our experience at the camp.

And now some notes about the timetable. We start quite early—you might not be used to that. We wake you up at 6:30 and breakfast is at 8:00. Lunch is at noon, and then there’s tea at 3:30. Our music program starts at four. Supper is usually at 5:30. Hope you’ll enjoy the meals here. In the evening at 7:00 you’ll have the camp news.

You’ll find the radio switch on the wall near your bed with your own headphones. This is our camp radio and we wish you a good stay here.

W: Look at this beautiful little statue I bought on my vacation. M: Oh, it’s so lovely—and so delicate! Oops! Oh, no! I’ve broken it! W: What a shame.

M: Aunt Mary, I’m so sorry! I’ll pay to have it fixed. W: Oh, don’t be silly! M: But I broke it!

W: Never mind, dear. It wasn’t all that expensive. And besides, I was planning to give it to you anyway.

M: Really? You’re not just saying that to make me feel better, Aunt Mary? W: No, no! Of course, I don’t want you to feel bad. But the thing certainly wasn’t expensive, and I definitely bought it for you.
