We should look after our health. It is good for our study .I usually get up early and do morning exercises. I hardly ever eat junk food. I eat a lot of vegetables every day. I also like eating fruit. After school I often play basketball. I do my homework in the evening. I go to bed at about 9:30 every night. My healthy lifestyle helps me study better.

Lucy is my best friend. She studies very hard at school. She likes reading English books and sometimes she surfs the Internet. She is very healthy. If you have a cold. First you should see a doctor. Then you should drink lots of water, lie down and have a good rest. But you shouldn’t have anything cold and you shouldn’t do much exercise.

I am a soccer player. I always play soccer. Sometimes I’m tired. I’m taking a vacation. I’m going to Beijing to relax. First I’m going boating and fishing. Then I’m visiting the Great Wall. At night I am watching TV. I hope to forget all my problems.

At Guangfu Middle School, most students go to school by bike. Some students go to school on foot. A small number of students come to school in their father’s cars because they are rich.
