摘要：A dual ovenable paperboard based structure which contains a food contactresin layer. The resin layer in direct contact with the ovenable food product exhibitssuperior food release properties, grease and oil resistance, and resistance to warpageeven after extended periods of time following oven heating. The unique laminate isformed via coextrusion coating techniques on conventional coextrusion equipment atconventional temperatures. The resulting product has a high degree of adhesionbetween the paperboard and the polymethylpentene food contact layer, and is capableof being utilized for forming pressed or locked corner food trays which can be subjectedto oven cooking temperatures.
