According to William Landes and Lewis Solomon’s argument on the effectiveness of the mandatory-attendance, Mr. Sipher continues to find that it also hampers public school officials to develop education and satisfy parents.
Mr. Sipher states that the abolition have six benefits. First, it can stress significance of schools. Meanwhile, Mr. Sipher believes that it could create a good educational atmosphere for those who are eager to learn.
