摘要:A method and a device for controlling a commutation process of a load currentbetween two switching modules (SM1, SM2) are disclosed which each have a MOSFET (Q1,
Q2) which can be driven by a gate-source voltage (U ), and a intrinsic inverse diode (D1,D2). In order to reduce oscillations caused by parasitic circuit parameters during thedecommutation of the inverse diodes (D1, D2), the switching off of one of the switchingmodules (SM1, SM2) causes the gate-source control voltage (U , U.sub.1) applied to thisswitching module (SM1, SM2) ) is temporarily increased again to near the thresholdvoltage (U ) for turning on the MOSFET (Q1, Q2) before and while the other switchingmodule (SM2, SM1) is turned on to remove the current from the inverse diode (D1, D2). ofone switching module (SM1, SM2) to the MOSFET (Q2, Q1) of the other switching module(SM2, SM1) to commutate.
