摘要：The invention describes novel nitrosated and/or nitrosylated compounds orpharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and novel compositions comprising at leastone nitrosated and/or nitrosylated compound, and, optionally, at least one nitric oxidedonor and/or at least one therapeutic agent. The invention also provides novelcompositions and kits comprising at least one compound of the invention, that isoptionally nitrosated and/or nitrosylated, and, optionally, at least one nitric oxide donorcompound and/or at least one therapeutic agent. The invention also provides methodsfor treating ophthalmic disorders. The nitrosated and/or nitrosylated compounds arepreferably nitrosated and/or nitrosylated (3-adrenergic antagonists and nitrosatedand/or nitrosylated angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors.
