钛白粉在ABS色母粒中的应用研究

【摘 要】The white masterbatch for coloring acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) was prepared by four rutile titanium dioxide,the appearance of ABS products was observed,the whiteness,processing and mechanical properties werealso studied. The results show that for B-type titanium dioxide,its whiteness is in second place,the mechanical properties of its ABS products are at the mid-level while its processing property is the best. Compared with A-type,B-type ABS has improved the factors like whiteness and processing property. Compared with C-type and D-type,B-type ABS has easier processing property and higher practical value, thus the ABS filled B-type titanium dioxide has the best overall performance.%用4种金红石型钛白粉制备了用于丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(ABS)着色的白母粒，观察ABS制品的外观，并对其白度、加工性能及力学性能进行分析。结果表明，B型钛白粉填充ABS白度居第2位，所得制品的力学性能居中，加工性能最为优良。与A型钛白粉相比，B型钛白粉填充的ABS在白度、加工性能等有了提高；与C型、D型相比，B型钛白粉填充的ABS更易加工，拥有更高的实用价值，因而B型钛白粉填充的ABS具有最优的综合性能。 【总页数】4页(P112-115) 【作 者】赖金琼;乔辉;丁筠
