摘要：In a process for producing esters of (meth)acrylic acid of polyhydric alcohols,the reagents are converted in the presence of acidic esterification catalysts, alpha-substituted phenolic compounds, in particular di-tert.-butylhydroquinone, being added aspolymerization inhibitors. The novel process is characterized in that the reaction mixturesare liquid at the reaction temperature and are essentially free from solvents and/orazeotropic entrainers, the water of condensation being removed from the gaseous phasein the reaction chamber.
