摘要：Embodiment of the present invention discloses the method for uplink
transmission based on a kind of licensed-in assisted access LAA systems, a device. Methodincludes: the transmission burst to transmit on a unlicensed bracket, retain at least oneSC-FDMA symbol in the subframe that the uplink transmission for corresponding totransmission burst is exploded, wherein at least one SC-FDMA symbol of reservation, byusing one channel of user equipment access of a listen-before-talk LBT accessmechanisms. In the above solution, for another UE can be reserved in the uplinktransmission of explosion by the time break of LBT access paths. This improves theprobability by another UE successfully access paths, so that multiple user equipmenies ina LAA communication system can carry out uplink multiplexing.
